Whether working with youth athletes, individuals from special populations, or everyday people looking to improve their health, I thrive on helping others reach their goals and build confidence through movement. My mission is simple: to meet people where they are and guide them toward lasting, meaningful progress.

My goal is to make fitness easy. PATH Fit simplifies the process so you can finally stick with it.
